Adults

A supportive, non-judgemental space to explore emotions, experiences and life challenges using creative processes.

Adults come to art therapy seeking a creative and reflective space to explore emotional wellbeing, process complex experiences, strengthen regulation and resilience, and navigate life transitions.

No previous art experience is required. Many adults find the creative process grounding, calming and unexpectedly insightful.

Sessions are shaped collaboratively and progress at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.
