We support parents and caregivers seeking help for their own mental health and wellbeing while navigating the emotional demands of caring for a child or loved one.
Where appropriate, Orly works alongside schools, allied health professionals and not-for-profit organisations as part of a broader support network - with clear communication and respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries.
You do not need any artistic experience. If you’re unsure which service suits, you’re welcome to get in touch.
We welcome both private clients and eligible NDIS participants, helping you explore the option that best suits your circumstances.
My Light Art Therapy welcomes NDIS participants, with services available through Orly’s Master's-level qualifications in Creative Arts Therapy and professional registration with ANZACATA (AThR).
Both self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome, with sessions fully funded through eligible NDIS plans, subject to individual funding arrangements.
Individuals and families can access art therapy privately without needing NDIS funding.
We welcome enquiries from parents, adults and others seeking support.
Every individual and family’s needs are different. Get in touch for a calm, supportive conversation about what feels right.
